1. 2200 acres 10 miles South of Gordo on the Sipsey River.

2. 18 food plots with Elevated shooting Houses.

3. Camp on lease with electricity and water. Camper sites available.

6. Has some cut overs 1-3 years old in about 20 acre blocks.
